potty training: Sam edition
So, right now, we are finally starting to work with Sam and the potty. Potty training in Thailand is a little easier than in America, because the floors are all tile or wood and you mop almost every day, so you don't have to worry so much about accidents :). Sam mostly just goes around the house without a diaper, which frees him to use the facilities whenever he feels the need. Its going pretty well so far. Nothing super bad...just the usual accidents. Last night he pooped while going up the stairs...I guess that's what we get for leaving him to finish while taking the other kids up to bed :). Most of the time, though, he just says "I potty" and I tell him to go to the bathroom. We're not tackling naptime or bedtime yet, but its nice not to change two sets of diapers for at least most of the day :).
